Do you think it's possible to make an outside mold starting from a plantilla by just using a router? I think it would be possible if you make a smaller plantilla using a rebate bit like this one (but with the right bearing diameter of course): http://www.axminster.co.uk/axcaliber-re ... rod802211/ and then using something like this: http://www.axminster.co.uk/bosch-bosch- ... prod31903/ Do you think it might work? I just got this idea but I would like to avoid throwing away money for no reason. |
